Refund & Cancellation Policy

Initial payments made towards the cost of WordPress themes, plugins, or any third-party software setup are non-refundable, as these amounts are instantly paid to the respective providers for their content, licenses, or resources while working on your project. The cost is clearly mentioned in each invoice we send to you and is in Euro, INR, or US Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise.

If you wish to cancel any website development contract, please inform us as soon as possible. We can cancel the contract and refund any additional payment made toward the project after deducting the cost of themes, plugins, any software purchased, and a 10% processing fee.

All maintenance packages require a minimum commitment of 3 months, unless mentioned otherwise.

The monthly maintenance plan applies only when subscribed to as a monthly or  yearly contract, with payments deducted on a monthly basis through the payment gateway/checkout service providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, or Payu.

If you wish to cancel an annual or half-yearly maintenance contract before completion, please inform us in advance. Refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis, with an additional 10% processing charge.

For auto-renewal cancellations, please notify us in writing (email) at least one month before the renewal date. All communications should be sent to [email protected].

An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for late payments or failure to renew a support plan on time. A reminder email will be sent at least 7 days in advance with a renewal link. If payment is not made within 20 days of expiration, the support package will be canceled. Paying the administrative fee provides an additional 15 days to renew the maintenance package.

For PHP projects, once a file is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Any bugs or non-functioning features will be supported, and assistance will be provided for setup.

Any refund or cancellation approved will be processed within 7 business days, with credit reflected within 15 days, subject to your banking partner’s processing time. A notification will be sent once the refund is processed from our end.
